STUNNING!!!! It took literally years to finally get a shoot done with Carsten…Let me tell you it was absolutely worth the wait. She arrived and it was so comfortable. She was amazing with my kids (9,4&3), especially my son who was a little difficult because he isn't use to new people due to quarantine. She was able to get amazing shots and I was so happy with the selection. Once again even of my son who didn't want to take pictures. Overall I will definitely highly recommend and will return with her in the future. Thank you for your amazing work Carsten!

We chose Carsten due to both her existing portfolio (shown on her website), as well as her responsiveness and overall attitude. She suggested a wide range of locations for the maternity shoot and showed us some previous work she had done there to get an idea of what we could expect. I personally do not care to have my picture taken, but Carsten was very helpful in setting scenes and poses that resulted in pictures that I actually liked. After a great maternity session, we had some family in town for the holidays and again used Carsten to take outdoor family pictures. Despite the chaos of a large family and numerous requests for different personnel arrangements, Carsten again delivered wonderful pictures! Carsten was on time at both venues, was patient, captured poses and candid shots, followed up with the edits as agreed upon and the entire experience was pleasant.

When we got engaged we connected with Carsten and she has been our go to photographer to capture our story. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable and natural during our engagement session in Downtown Fullerton. We even got to bring our pup for a few shots. Even he looks like he is smiling in the pictures! Carsten also did my maternity shoot. She picked a great location that fit the look I had described to her. I've used Carsten Tice Photography a few different times and have always been very pleased. It can feel like a lot of pressure and kind of awkward having professional pictures taken, but Carsten is great at making you feel at ease. Most recently, she did my son's newborn photos.
