BEFORE YOUR SESSION

1. Planning & Styling Guidance

Once your session is booked, I’ll send over a prep guide with wardrobe tips, location ideas, and answers to frequently asked questions. We’ll also have a quick call or email exchange to make sure we're aligned on your vision. Don’t worry—I'll help you coordinate outfits that photograph beautifully and feel like you.

2. Location Scouting

We’ll choose a location that reflects your family’s personality—whether that's a sun-soaked beach, a grassy field, or a cozy in-studio backdrop. I’ll offer suggestions that work best with the light, season, and the ages of your children.

3. The Comfort Factor

I’ll learn a bit about your family dynamic ahead of time so I can help everyone feel at ease. Shy toddler? Playful kids? Dad who’d rather be golfing? I’ve got you.

DURING YOUR SESSION

1. A Relaxed Flow

We’ll start with some easygoing poses and move into more candid moments as everyone warms up. I’ll gently direct you, but the goal is to capture natural connection, laughter, and all the sweet little in-between moments.

2. Kid-Led, Parent-Supported

If your child needs a break, a snack, or a silly dance party—no problem. We take the session at your family’s pace. Some of the best photos happen when we follow your children’s lead and just let them be.

3. Zero Pressure for Perfection

Perfectly posed isn’t the goal—authentic is. Don’t stress about meltdowns, rogue hair, or wiggly toddlers. I’m documenting your real family, not a picture-perfect one. And real is beautiful.

AFTER YOUR SESSION

1. Image Preview & Selection

You’ll receive a curated online gallery of images within [your turnaround time—e.g., 2–3 weeks]. From there, you can choose your favorites for prints, albums, or digital downloads.

2. Optional Retouching

Light, natural retouching is included—think blemish removal, color correction, and gentle polish. I want you to look like you on your best day.

3. Keepsakes That Last

You’ll have the option to order heirloom-quality prints and albums that tell your story for years to come. Because these moments deserve more than life on a screen.
